Tom did my nails and the first week my nails broke. ALL OF THEM!!! He knew I wasn't happy when he started but he tried to joke to cover the fact that my nails looked weak and terrible.but he knew I was unhappy and still let me walk out the door. He also charged me 40 for short nails but tried to tell me they were long because he thought I had a lot of money but assuming is never a fit for customer service. But the pedis are AWESOME!!! I cannot believe how disrespectful this staff was to ya. As if my daughter was a inconvenience when she was getting a pedicure and a manicure. She’s 4 and we go every two weeks to get mani pedis so it wasn’t her first time or anything. Not only were they rude and I had to put them in their place as lady like as possible. They charged me for a deluxe pedicure for a CHILD. STEER CLEAR. Not the mommy daughter date I had in mind. We were so disappointed and their paint jobs were terrible as well. So I went to this salon in a panic because I left the Country for two weeks. I got my nails done the DAY before I left, therefore I should not be needing a new set (I have the dip) for two weeks when I return. I told Tom, the guy who did my nails, that the application was too thin and They are going to chip. He insisted multiple times that no one ever came back due to chipped nails. Well here I am, exactly a week later, still needing to make it another week abroad, and my nails are falling apart. I am very upset because I told him I was skeptical of them. But wanting them slightly thicker was problematic, and they knew best. I never leave bad reviews, but this place left me seriously unhappy. Read Less

Finger cut, free of charge. Never had an experience like this at any nail salon. Greatly disappointed and upset. Nail tech was at least somewhat apologetic but manager(?) couldn't care less. First visit to get NexGen chrome which came out great. Few weeks later, came back to get it removed and replaced with regular polish. Nail tech cut into the side of my middle finger with the electric nail file. Blood welled up and nail tech apologized a couple times and dropped some subs...tance on the wound. Manager never came around to apologize or offer any concessions. Tech proceeded to remove the remaining polish while my finger still stung. I left the table after all the polish was removed and skipped getting a new color. I went to the front desk to talk to the manager and he just said it was free of charge. It confused me that he didn't look apologetic at all or offered anything to have me return. I guess the manager doesn't care for my business. A completely unacceptable experience. See More Read Less

I have been a loyal customer to JC for many years until today. I signed in and told there would be a wait, which I though was odd considering there were only two other women in the salon. That's fine, I get it. I then wait for 30 minutes, while five employees sat around on their phones! When another customer came in asking for a manicure and was sat immediately, I nicely told the worker that I had been waiting for half an hour to be helped. I was then told that I had to wait for a certain technician, because he was the only one who could do a full set of acrylic nails. I'm sorry, but if none of your employees can do a set of acrylics, why do they work at a nail salon? I left without any services and will not be back. Read Less

This place might be very good but I will never know. I went in around 3 and they said they could take a walk in. I left after 15 minutes to run other errands but made an appointment for later. They put me in watertight away but then I sat there for 30 minutes before I finally left. Basically don't bother making an appointment and if you get lucky and no one is there or you can wait for an hour then I'm sure you will have a good experience. Read Less

I was in tepid/ cold water for 45 minutes when I started to look upset the owner looked at the sign in sheet and jokingly chuckled and said oops you got skipped over and then someone came and dropped the sanitizing soak in the foot bath, so I sat in what I believe to be dirty water for 45 minutes. JC Nails is my favorite place to go get a manicure and pedicure. They have a ton of stations and plenty of staff to accomodate the crowds of people that come in. The people are so friendly, the place is very clean, the prices are reasonable, and the service options are excellent! Everyone is always in a good mood which is nice when you are trying to pamper yourself! And even better, once you come in a few times, the staff remembers you which is really rare for a place that is so busy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed! I tried to accomodate but he sighed and was very rude. I have never had this happen at any other salon. He made my experience very uncomfortable. I will never go back. He's awful!
