Ingredients
- 400 g chick peas , drained or 1 Cup Cooked Chickpeas
- 2 medium ripe avocados peeled and pitted
- 50 g fresh coriander Leaves
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 ½ tsp tahini
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic peeled & crushed
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
Optional Toppings/ Garnishing
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped with stalk
- ½-1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Chickpeas
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a hi-speed blender or in a food processor until smooth.
